Positive Effects

Positive effects are effects that are good for your character. For example: Regeneration, Healing, Strength, Fire Resistance, Resistance, Night Vision, and Swiftness.

Negative Effects

Negative effects are effects that are bad for your character. For example: Poison, Harming, Weakness, Slowness, and Darkness.
