The Bossy Lucas

Once upon a time, Lucas was at home, imagining about being a teacher. But that gave him an idea. Uh-oh!

A problem happened: When he arrived at school, he started being bossy.

He said, "What I need you to do is that I want you to do only MY activities. Please ignore our important teacher. Got it? Haha!" when the teacher was not there. That made the bullies ignore the teacher. But the good students understood that you must follow the teacher's rules. If a bully tells your class to do something that is against the rules, never do what they say.

When the teacher arrived, she said: "Hey, guys! Your assignment for today is to have a partner build something for you to guess what it is." and passed out the worksheets. But the bullies ignored the teacher's rule while the good students did their activities. Until...

"Come here, come here!" said the teacher, starting to get mad at the bully she was talking to. "You have ignored my rules, and that's not okay. Please tell what made you do that." "Lucas told us to ignore your rules." said the bully. "So?" said the teacher. "When that happens, ignore what the bully says instead of what I say. Understand? I'm gonna go talk to him, and I NEED you to do my worksheets otherwise, you'll miss one of my lessons."

"LUCAS!!! You really know you SHOULD NOT tell the class to ignore me!!!!!!" said the teacher, super angry at Lucas. She told Tou Tou to sort that up.

-"Lucas, why did you tell your classmates to ignore your teacher?"

-"Because I WANTED to be the TEACHER."

-"Well, that is called Being Bossy. It's when you keep trying to tell people to do something."

-"Let me lead the class!"

-"No."

-"Please!?!"

-"No!"

-"JUST LET ME LEAD THE CLASS AND BE THE TEACHER!!!!!"

-"NO!!!!!"

-"Why not?"

-"Because it's not kind."

-"Why?"

-"Because it's not kind!"

-"Why?"

-"BECAUSE IT'S NOT KIND!!!!!"

-"Why?"

-"I'm not telling you anymore. I already told you 3 TIMES AND YOU'RE STILL ASKING ME WHY?!?"

-"Well, anyway, can I go play video games?"

-"Yes. But IF YOU GET BOSSY AGAIN TOMORROW, I'M TAKING OFF YOUR SCREEN TIME FOR THE WHOLE WEEK!"

-"Yay!!! I can go play video games!!!"

Tou Tou: "Actually, if you do that again, I'm only gonna take your screen time off for 1 day. I said it was going to be for the whole week because I was 100% mad at you."

Lucas: "GASP! What??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

Tou Tou: "Stop talking to me and go do your Need-to-Do and your Want-to-Do things or I'll get MAD AT YOU AGAIN.

Lucas woke up early, and then he remembered about his thought of being a teacher. He had forgotten what Tou Tou told him! Uh-oh!

What if he gets bossy at school again?

Lucky Tou Tou had remembered of what he said yesterday and reminded Lucas about that. Phew!

When he got to school, he was doing pretty well! But if Tou Tou didn't tell him, he'd still be bossy! Phew! Very lucky Tou Tou had told him!
